This notice explains what personal data we process when you visit this website or contact our boutique, why we do so and what rights you have. It follows the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.
The controller of your personal data is GUNLARA LLC (limited liability company, identification code 448432232), registered at the LARA boutique, Metro City Mall, 1 Lech and Maria Kaczynski Street, Batumi, Georgia, which runs the LARA boutique.
You can reach us by phone or WhatsApp at +995 568 97 88 21, in person at the boutique, or by direct message on Instagram (@larabout1que). We have not appointed a personal data protection officer: the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection does not require one for a business of our kind (Article 33).
This website is a catalogue. You do not need an account, there are no forms, and we do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
When your browser loads a page, our hosting provider automatically receives technical data that every website receives: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser type. We use this data only to deliver the website, keep it secure and find errors, and it is deleted from the server logs within 30 days.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 5(1) of the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection).
If you call us or write to us on WhatsApp or Instagram, we process your name, phone number or account name and the content of your message to answer your question, for example about a piece, a size or a reservation at the boutique.
Giving us this information is voluntary; without it we simply cannot answer you. We keep messages for as long as we need them to answer you and complete your request, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in answering customers (Article 5(1)).
WhatsApp and Instagram are services of Meta Platforms. When you write to us there, Meta also processes your data under its own privacy policy.
This website collects no contact details. If you write to us on WhatsApp asking for news about new arrivals, we send you photos of new pieces on WhatsApp: your message is your consent, and we note the date you gave it. Write STOP at any time and we stop and take you off the list; we keep only the dates you joined and left, for one year after our last message, as the law requires (Article 12).
We share data only with service providers that work for us under a written agreement: the provider that hosts this website and the database that stores our catalogue (Supabase, servers in Frankfurt, Germany). They may use the data only on our instructions.
Some of these providers process data outside Georgia, in the European Union, where the General Data Protection Regulation applies. We use them only where the transfer is allowed under Article 37 of the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, which requires appropriate data protection safeguards in the receiving country.
Our pages link to Instagram, TikTok and Google Maps. These services load only if you choose to open the link, and their own privacy policies then apply.

To use these rights, contact us by phone, WhatsApp, at the boutique or on Instagram. We answer within the time limits set by law, normally within 10 working days (Articles 13-17). We do not make decisions about you by automated means or profiling.
If you believe your personal data has been processed unlawfully, you may complain to the State Audit Office of Georgia, which supervises personal data protection, or go to court (Article 22).
We protect data with technical and organisational measures. Access to our administration area requires a personal account with two-step verification, and the public website cannot read anything other than the published catalogue.
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
We will update this notice when our processing changes, for example if we add a contact form or analytics. The date at the top shows the latest version.
